SCAM
SCAM-You fill in infromation and get info you only have to pay 20 pounds before you start. At payment checkout no information about pricing until you filled in your card information. To suddenly see they charge you 147 euro's. Even when I cancelled mid payment they still took my money. Tomorrow will visit the bank and probably the police station.

Vorsicht, dies ist nicht die offizielle Seite und es werden unauthorisiert dreistellige Service-Gebühren abgebucht, ohne dass im Zuge der Bezahlung eindeutig darauf hingewiesen wurde. Werde dies zur Anzeige bringen, sofern diese Kosten nicht umgehend zurückgebucht werden.

It makes you think is the official
It makes you think is the official portal and asks for the official fee (20 pounds). For surprise, when you continue it goes to your payment portal before showing you the extra fee they add. Even when I rejected in my payment portal they still holded the amount. I requested a refund and they indicated they will refund in 5-7 days. I will update the stars and Reddit accordingly with the result if positive (I get refunded). Otherwise proceed legally. Ticket 12422

Schnelle Abwicklung aber Abzocke
Schnelle Abwicklung , aber totale Abzocke. Habe 180 € für ein Dokument bezahlt, dass man auf der offiziellen Behördenseite für 23 bekommen hätte. Abwicklungskosten wären ok, aber das ist definitiv Abzocke. Auf keinen fall verwenden

Solltest du in die Falle getappt sein, empfehle ich diesen Kundenservice anzurufen: +44 808 178 8075 Ein Mitarbeiter überwies den Betrag glücklicherweise zeitnah zurück, Referenznummer bereit halten. Wow, sehr ungute, miese Erfahrung. Wer's anzeigen kann, super, mir fehlt gerade leider die Zeit.

Total scam
Total scam. They advertise with the standard fee of 20 pounds per person but the actually price 125 pounds for a transaction which only takes 5 minutes in total! I contacted them through their website and no response.
