Insane fees scam travellers.
They ask for 20GBP and add +100GBP in fees without properly informing you in the process. Great for scamming travellers. Do not get your ETA's from them. Update: I got 50% back after having a chat with their customer service but they wouldn't refund down to the original amount displayed: 20GBP (in my case 40GBP since I needed two ETA's). I still couldn't choose anything other than "Rush" or "Super Rush" when applying.

My curiosity peaked when I had been…
My curiosity peaked when I had been asked for 20 GBP + 100+ GBP for additional services, so looked for official gov.uk app where I paid those 20 GBP and receive result almost immediately. Parasitic web. Their fake reviews are a joke.

Paiement effectué malgré le refus sur compte en banque
j'ai commencé a faire la demande sur ce site puis lorsque j'ai vu le paiement de 125 pounds j'ai refusé le paiement sur mon compte en banque puis j'ai fait une demande sur le site officiel, mais le paiement est quand même passé et après avoir parlé avec un conseiller il m'a dit que comme j'ai reçu le ETA, ile ne vont pas me rembourser seulement les frais donc la moitié. Or j'ai fait une demande sur le site officiel pour recevoir l'ETA. Dans le commentaire vous dites que je n’ai pas utilisé vos services ? Or j’ai les échanges par mail vous m’avez demandé de retirer le commentaire et j’ai discuté avec vos collègues pour un remboursement des frais donc la moitié or vous n’avez pas le droit de prendre mon argent alors que j’ai refusé le paiement. dit is geen officiele UK government site en is een fraude site. er wordt meer dan 300 USD afgeschreven en ze hebben onze paspoort gegevens komt als eerste boven bij google search en lijkt op officiele UK site.

Careful this is a fraud
Careful this is a fraud. Firstly, this website pretends to be official government website, which is not. Secondly, it doesnt disclose the fees which are actually due. The website informs you that the fee for such ETA is 20 GBP and then they charged us without warning 680 USD. Lastly, they never delivered. They comment everywhere, that the payment is for premium services. The truth is, that we haven't heard back from them at all. So even this "service" has not been delivered. Avoid at all cost.

Betrug. Website ist eine Kopie der offiziellen. Ich habe die Zahlung abgelehnt, als ich den Preis letztendlich sah und es wurde dennoch abgebucht. Ich werde das Geld über meine Bank zurück fordern.
