MI HANNO QUASI TRUFFATO!
Ingenuamente ho pensato che fosse il sito ufficiale per fare l'Eta, ma per due visti stavano per chiedermi 390USD!!!!! Fortunatamente me ne sono accorto e ho bloccato tutto, e addirittura la mia banca (Intesa San Paolo che ringrazio molto) mi ha subito in automatico bloccato la carta, evidenziando questo sito come truffaldino. Non so se davvero rilascino l'ETA e semplicemente facciano pagare più soldi, ma il fatto che la mia banca abbia bloccato la carta mi fa pensare...credo siano dei truffatori.

The price
The price. After paying 120 USD I found out that the official price is 20 GBP.

This is a scam
This is a scam. Do not order a visa unless it is via the UK Government website. £154 was removed from my account for a £20 visa which I was ordering for my daughter, which I did not receive. I am disputing this payment with my bank at the moment and getting nowhere.

Watch out for hidden costs!
The site claims they only charge "administrative fees." However, it was only after I paid that I noticed a €147 charge on my credit card. It was only then that I realized no clear price was shown on the payment screen. This was a very unpleasant surprise. I also sent them an email regarding this issue, but to this day, I have received no response.

Betrug - der traurige Nachschlag nach dem London-Urlaub
Ja, ich hatte es vergessen und ganz schnell am Morgen des Abflugs die ETA beantragt. Dazu bin ich leider auf den ersten Link gegangen, der angezeigt wurde. Das Portal hatte die normale ETA mit 20£ angegeben, und den Express, weil am gleichen Tag, mit 80£. Das jeweils für zwei Personen, aua, aber okay, man will ja einreisen. Abbuchung dann: 498$ (ja, Dollar) = 443€. Auf Anfrage: das sei wegen des tollen Service. Und der Witz: die britische Regierung verlangt gar keine Express-Gebühr, es hätte für 20£ pro Person alles geklappt.

Irreführender Antragsprozess mit unerwartet hohen Kosten
Ich habe diesen Service genutzt, um eine UK ETA zu beantragen, in der Annahme, dass es sich um ein offizielles Antragsportal handelt. Dafür wurden mir 142,30 € berechnet, was in keinem Verhältnis zur offiziellen Gebühr der britischen Regierung steht. Zu keinem Zeitpunkt im gesamten Antragsprozess wurde mir ein Preis transparent angezeigt. Der tatsächliche Betrag wurde erst nach der Abbuchung ersichtlich. Direkt nach der Abbuchung habe ich eine E-Mail an den Support geschickt, auf die ich leider noch keine Antwort erhalten habe. Zusätzlich habe ich versucht den Kundenservice zu erreichen, auch ohne Erfolg. Insgesamt wirkt der Ablauf für mich wenig transparent und der Kundenservice nicht erreichbar. Eine Rückmeldung oder Klärung meines Anliegens steht weiterhin aus.
