Je me suis rendue sur ce site afin d'obtenir deux ETA. C'est un site d'arnaque qui facture sans le préciser au préalable des frais de transaction exorbitants. L'ETA m'a été facturé 68€ x 2 au lieu de 24€ chaque, le tarif en vigueur . Je vais déposer plainte sur le site de signalement de la gendarmerie Thésée dédié aux arnaques sur le web et encourage toutes les victimes à le faire afin que cesse ce type de pratique.

Their site is designed to look like an official UK government service — Union Jack, "UK ETA Service", "Authorisation Services". It is not. It's a private company registered in Delaware. The real UK ETA costs £20 on gov.uk. It takes 10 minutes and you can do it yourself. They showed me 145.00 GBP and my bank was charged 195.00 USD. For the exact same thing. And when I complained, they replied in writing: "Your payment is failed so we do not have a valid application with us." The payment did not fail. It is right there on my bank statement. So they overcharge you, then deny they charged you at all. They also advertise a WhatsApp support number on their site. It doesn't exist. Go to UK official site. Don't pay these people.

Ich kann diesen Anbieter leider nicht empfehlen (Betrug). Während des Antragsprozesses wurde der tatsächliche Preis nicht transparent dargestellt. Erst nachdem ich meine Kreditkartendaten eingegeben hatte, wurde der Gesamtbetrag angezeigt (von 145$ - viel zu teuer). Obwohl ich die Zahlung nicht abgeschlossen oder freigegeben hatte, wurde der Betrag dennoch von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht. Ich habe den Support bereits kontaktiert und eine Rückerstattung sowie die Stornierung des Antrags verlangt. Bislang warte ich noch auf eine zufriedenstellende Lösung. Alina Huber

Mir ist leider zu spät der viel zu hohe Betrag von 173,46 Euro aufgefallen. Ich wollte den Auftrag canceln habe aber niemanden erreicht. Werde nun auch noch eine Storno Mail schreiben und hoffe, dass ich das stornieren kann. Die Seite ist total irreführend, da Sie ansonsten sehr professionell wirkt, nur die Gebühren scheinen nie auf und wenn man bestätigt und dabei erst die hohen Gebühren sieht ist es zu spät. Somit eine Abzocke.

Sulla loro pagina utilizzano in bella vista la dicitura "Official ETA UK Service" come pubblicità ingannevole, ma in realtà sono un'agenzia privata che lucra sulle vostre spalle. Il vero inganno sta nel fatto che le spese di commissione accessorie e sproporzionate NON vengono mai dichiarate prima di effettuare il pagamento. Vi ritrovate l'addebito a sorpresa, quando in realtà l'ETA, se fatto tramite l'app o il sito ufficiale del governo britannico (gov.uk), costa esattamente e solo 10£ (circa 12€)! INVITO A TUTTI I TRUFFATI: SEGNALIAMOLI! Non limitatevi a lasciare una recensione qui. Per fermare queste pratiche, dobbiamo segnalarli alle autorità. Vi lascio un brevissimo tutorial su come fare in pochi minuti: 1️⃣ Segnalazione all'AGCM (Antitrust Italiana): Andate sul sito dell'AGCM e cercate "Segnala on line". Iniziate la procedura indicando il sito per pubblicità ingannevole. Spuntate le caselle indicando che vi hanno ingannato su Prezzo e Spese accessorie, e che si appropriano di Titolarità/Riconoscimenti non loro. Nel campo testuale "Altro" scrivete questo testo: "Sito ingannevole: si finge il portale ufficiale del governo UK (usando la dicitura 'Official ETA') per vendere intermediazione. Nasconde i costi reali e applica commissioni sproporzionate e non chiare rispetto alla normale tassa statale." Allegate lo screenshot del sito con la finta scritta "Official" e la ricevuta di ciò che vi hanno rubato. 2️⃣ Segnalazione a Google: Questi furbetti campano grazie agli annunci sponsorizzati su Google. Quando vedete il loro annuncio nei risultati di ricerca, cliccate sui tre puntini accanto e segnalate per "Annuncio ingannevole o fraudolento". Segnalate a Google che si fingono un ente governativo per far pagare un servizio che costa pochissimo. Fatevi valere e chiedete subito il chargeback alla vostra banca per frode e pratica commerciale scorretta. Più siamo a segnalare, prima li faranno chiudere!

This is usually a scam and not officially supported.

This is a fraudulent company that is cheating you with an incorrect price at the start of the process and then charging ten times the cost for a UK ETA. They say it's a two-year ETA, but then when you get the email with the ETA, it's only for six months, if the ETA is valid at all. I had to block my credit card after trying to use their service. Stay miles away from this fraudulent company.
