During checkout, I attempted to cancel, but the site bypassed the cancellation and processed the charge anyway. Although their support team sent an email claiming a full refund was initiated and would arrive within 5–7 business days, that timeframe has now passed and no refund was ever issued. Due to their failure to honor their written refund commitment, I have officially initiated a chargeback procedure with my bank (Raiffeisenbank). The bank will now forcibly recover the £145.00 from them under card network rules for deceptive practices and unfulfilled obligations. First, the math is straightforward: their £10 Government Fee + £99 "Service Fee" equals £109 (excluding potential VAT and conversion fees), which directly converts to approximately €130–€140 depending on exchange rates and bank charges. Claiming the amount "does not match" their pricing is a weak distraction from their predatory margins. Second, to prove beyond doubt that this is a 100% legitimate transaction: my official reference number is ETA reference number: 2021-2608-0755-9770. Please stop feigning ignorance. You know exactly who I am and my formal dispute was sent directly to your customer support inbox before this review was published. The website implies that you are paying the standard UK government fee of £20 (or equivalent in local currency). However, hidden deep within their terms and conditions—completely omitted during the primary application steps—is an astronomical service fee of over £100. Because this fee is intentionally obscured, users are tricked into paying exorbitant totals without informed consent. In my case, I was charged approximately €140 for a simple document that should have cost a fraction of that amount. This practice is utterly unacceptable and deceptive. I demand a full refund of the unauthorized service fee immediately. Site à éviter. Attention, il s'agit d'une arnaque. Tout dans la conception du site ( logo, texte, …) laisse penser qu’il s’agit un site officiel gouvernemental. En réalité ce n’est pas le cas. L'entreprise qui n’est probablement pas en UK facture 145£ l'ETA qui est facturé 20£ par le gouvernement. Le coût officiel de 20£ figure en grand dans le formulaire et les frais de 125£ en tout petit en dessous de la proposition « finaliser la commande ». Pour se justifier du point de vue légal, elle prétend fournir des prestations qui sont soit déjà fournies pas les services officiels ( validité, utilité,…). En réalité, elle ne fournit aucun service, ne garanti rien et ne sert qu’à rediriger automatiquement les demandes. Quid des informations qu’elle a reçu: photo du passeport et photo de la personne? Quid de la protection des données personnelles? Il s’agit donc d’une démarche non seulement trompeuse et malhonnêtes, mais d’une arnaque. Eindeutig eine betrügerische Seite. Siehe auch die anderen Erfahrungen. Das müsste man zur Anzeige bringen und sperren. Die freundlichen Antworten des Unternehmens sind der blanke Hohn und die positiven Erfahrungen sind wahrscheinlich nicht echt. Auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert!

Leider bin ich auf diese überteuerte Seite reingefallen, und obwohl ich meinen Antrag sofort zurückgerufen habe und die Rückerstattung der Kosten beantragt habe, wurde mir viel weniger als die Hälfte zurückerstattet. Ich habe den Antrag für 2 Personen gegen Mitternacht gestellt und nach Minuten, nicht Stunden, wieder zurückgerufen, so dass es ganz sicher zu keiner Bearbeitung des Antrags kommen konnte, aber es wurden ca. 130 Euro einbehalten! Das ist eine Unverschämtheit und geht überhaupt nicht. Bitte nutzt die Regierungsseite bzw. die offizielle App für den ETA-Antrag, denn da klappt es super schnell, sicher und kostet nicht mal 25 Euro pro Person.

This was a scam. I haven't got any emails or reference numbers from them and it's imposible to get in touch to get a refund. I am not willing to pay premium for this service! I will write about it and contact the BBC experts to publicise it.

Funny thing is that in the comment below, they say that tried to contact me several times to complete refund process, but on their support chat they claim that refund was already sent few days ago xD Same as Jan Klee, I will continue to update this review as the bank proceedings progress. UPDATE No.1 - Nothing changed! Pretty much same as all previous revievs. Paid much more then expected despite blocking the payment in the banks app. Cancelled and went through refund process, i was told that they will send me bqck the money in next 5-7 bussiness days. So far nothing. My application ID ETA2372336 I will be editing this reviev EVERYDAY untill i get my money back. Once i get it back, ill change the revieve for 5 stars because then ill know they care about customers and reputation :)
