SCAM
SCAM. With the help of Google they are the first option that google shows you when you search for "UK ETA". Them they charge you 160€ for something that cost 20€. Look for the official webpage

Dear J, We are sorry you had this experience with our service. We do mention that we provide several value-added services in addition to the core ETA service which is the reason there is an additional charge. We take all reviews seriously and always want to address customer concerns. However, we have no record of any interaction or registration with this individual listed. If this was a genuine experience, we’d love to make things right—please reach out to us directly. Kind regards, UK ETA Online Support

100% fraud
My mother applied for an ETA on your website, but she was charged a shocking £150 per person. The website also claimed the process would only take an hour. My mother informed me that she had completed her application, so I checked her ETA application status on the government website and discovered it hasn't been granted yet. I asked her if she used the link I sent, but she said she decided to do her own research and ended up finding this website. In the end, I applied for her using the official government website, which only took 5 minutes to get the ETA. Essentially, she provided her credit card details and paid them without receiving an eta Avoid

MEHRFACH?

I thought I was using the official uk…
I thought I was using the official uk government site. Ended up paying almost €170,- (it should have cost £20). While applying for the ETA I was never informed about this rate! How can you rate this more than 1 star?! Reply on the answer of UK ETA online: "Also we would like to confirm that we have refunded your order as per the agreement, as reflected in our records.". You've refunded 50%. Which still leads to a ETA of approximately 85€ in stead of 25€!
