Took forever to get my item (over a month) and that was just to get it shipped. I understand that it takes longer with this pandemic, but there were no updates or communication of any kind from them. If I wanted an update on where it was and when they planned on shipping my item, I had to write them and hope I got a response, which I didn't 2 out of 4 times. Not a good experience, and I won't use them again. Sorry.

Excellent customer service and great products. I have bought from them multiple times and every time I get my order in time with no problems. I had questions regarding parts fitting my Defender 90 and these guys were very quick to give me the answers I was looking for. Also with short staff during COVID-19, they were able to get my order delivered 2 days sooner than I thought. Will definitely order again, but I hope my Defender doesn't break down again for a long time :)
