The glow plug was categorized under Series 3 Land Rovers, the glow plug I received was so so small I can't even imagine what type of miniature engine a Series 3 could have. What a scam.

Oversold, took days to be notified you didn't have inventory. Then you didn't ship what you did have for another day AND you left my suite # off the shipping label for an additional delay.

Still have not received our shipment

No one answering phones. No response to voicemail or emails to customer support.

I ordered a coolant hose part number ESR3296, which is a one piece hose. I received a coolant hose part number PH119060 which is an inferior aftermarket part with 6 different hose clamps and plastic tees and elbows which are more prone to leaking. I specifically ordered the ESR3296 to avoid the inferior part with hose clamps. My invoice has the ESR part number on it, so the mistake wasn’t my doing. Next step was trying to contact customer service. Impossible to speak to anyone, and impossible to leave a voicemail because I got directed to a fax machine every time, no matter what option I pressed. I have received no response other than emails asking to review my experience.

I ordered a door panel for my 1994 defender 90. When it arrived it didn't fasten the same way as the original door panel. I messed with it trying to get it to attach only to find that not only did it not fasten the same way, but it actually didn't even fit. I contacted UKARAUTO and they informed me that I would have to buy additional parts to make it fasten correctly. When I told them that it didn't even fit correctly, they said I can return it if it is "new" condition. Well I had beed trying many things to make it fit, so it wasn't in "new" condition. They now will not take it back. My suggestion to them. Make it clear on their website that this is not a plug and play door card. you need to buy extra parts from them to make it work AND if there are different fitting door cards then make that clear as well.

Took forever to get my item (over a month) and that was just to get it shipped. I understand that it takes longer with this pandemic, but there were no updates or communication of any kind from them. If I wanted an update on where it was and when they planned on shipping my item, I had to write them and hope I got a response, which I didn't 2 out of 4 times. Not a good experience, and I won't use them again. Sorry.
