I read the reviews so decided I would give it a go as I found a frame I really liked. I had to out my subscription in and wasn’t sure so I emailed for assistance, I got a response within a day and completed my order. I was expected a longer delivery as they are made in China but they took just over a week for delivery. Very impressed with the quality I will certainly order from them again.

First time order & was despatched same day & arrived in England 7 days later. These are just the frames and no prescription. Super impressed with the speedy delivery & the frames are soooo Goregous, excellent quality feel & so stylish. I would have ordered including my new prescription, however I can claim back through my work so had to be through an opticians. The frames were in the sale plus an extra discount as a new customer. Definitely will be returning, I can highly recommend *****

All glasses arrived promptly, and due to the low cost, I have been able to order many different styles, including plain lenses, as well as Reactalight and sunglasses, all with varied focal subscription lenses.

Easy to use website quick delivery love my glasses !
PS
Firstly, the glasses are fantastic and I love the design. I may order another pair. However, do be aware when you are choosing that there are hidden and unavoidable charges when ordering. What the advert is telling you e.g. £7 or £15 isn't for the finished product as every pair of glasses attracts a fee (mine was £30 plus) for the lenses. I'm not saying this is expensive, I'm saying that it feels to me that the advert should say so. Standard UK delivery was over £8. Which I feel is expensive. Had I gone for the 2 for 1 deal at another well known opticians, I would have saved myself a lot of time and money.

Hi there! Thank you so much for your feedback and for loving the design of your glasses—we’re thrilled they resonated with you, and we truly appreciate your willingness to consider purchasing another pair. We sincerely apologize for any confusion caused by the pricing structure. Your point about clarifying potential additional costs (like lens fees, which were around £30 for you) alongside our advertised frame prices is incredibly valuable—we’re already reviewing our marketing materials to ensure full transparency so customers can make informed decisions upfront. We also hear your concern about the UK standard delivery fee exceeding £8, and we’ll pass this feedback to our team to evaluate ways to optimize shipping costs for our UK customers. Your honesty helps us improve, and we’d be grateful for the chance to serve you better in the future. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Thank you again for choosing Zeelool!

It actually was my first time ordering vision glasses online And I am so pleased to report that it was a great experience Glasses look stylish sturdy and were delivered fast Frames are very sturdy and look exactly like on photos online. They are very sturdy ans hold lenses well. I submitted my vision measurements and the lenses came out actually really good. I am very impressed I wanted stylish bulky style and went for Ebony - was not disappointed at all. They look really stylish and a cool piece of statement . I will definitely order from them again It was fast and convenient- no silly instore appointments and waiting. Really happy with results

just received my first order of three glasses for less than £90 in total. I did not have great hopes as this is the first time I’ve bought glasses online but I absolutely love every single pair and the lenses are sharper and clearer than my glasses from the opticians. Will definitely be back to buy more!
