The whole journey experience has been fantastic. I ordered a 2 pairs of glasses (varifocals and prescription sunglasses) on the 9th May. The ordering process was easy, the only problem was choosing the frames as so many on the website. The tracking tool within the website kept me informed every step of the way. The glasses arrived 18th May. A total of 10 days from order to delivery - wow!! Although slightly concerned that I wouldn’t have perfect vision but no worries they were 100% spot on !!!! Great service, great choice, great product, great value - will certainly use Zeelool again and have no hesitation in recommending. Thank you Team Zeelool

Firstly I had alot of bother with delivery issues that i had to keep chasing up & when I eventually got my order from this company one pair of frames didn't have my prescription in so after getting in touch yet again they told me that it wasn't recognised even though I had proof I added my prescription to both pairs when ordering and they were the exact same frame so I should of been told before hand if they were unable to do my order properly but I wasn't & now im left with glasses i cant use and I spent alot of money on them, really bad service please be very careful before using this company.

Amazing quality glasses

Pleasantly surprised by my glasses, they arrived within a week and were packaged nicely. They are good quality and stylish and were affordable! Will definitely order again
