ZEELOOL UKReviews of uk.zeelool.com

Very happy with such an easy process only wish more variety for men's squarish type glasses and more colours

Absolutely wonderful

The frames are lovely but despite me putting in my prescription which I have used on line before the lenses are totally wrong for me and I can’t see a thing so total waste of money for me. I originally gave a 1 star. But after posting the review they reached out to be and offered to sort the system. Which was amazing. I would have given then higher but after bouncing emails back and forth and them offering me a free replacement, which I accepted, they then said the lenses I wanted weren’t available and I would need to pay a lot more for different lenses. Such a shame but they did offer me a full refund. So their customer service wasn’t bad after all. Maybe they need to just make it easier to know what glasses you need as it is more confusing than other sites.

I ordered several pairs of prescription glasses. I couldn't decide on which I liked, as there are so many to choose from, and they are such a good price, I was able to order a few! They were dispatched within 1 day and delivered quickly. The glasses are of good quality, which I was surprised at due to the price. Customer service is great - very responsive and went above and beyond to sort out my questions. I was sceptical at first, but I would really recommend them.

Amazing value and quality!!! I absolutely love them! 2 pairs of prescription glasses and a free case for £14.50 I was sceptical but when they arrived quite quickly too I’m in love definitely ordering more in fact I have another pair already on the way, certainly recommend!

Really well made fast delivery couldn't fault at all

The best glasses I've ever had! With the details from my regular optician... perfect fit and lens!!
