I’ve been a member for years and until recently, I’ve not encountered any issues. Within the past few months however reward payments are not being initiated. Currently I’m awaiting receipt of 2 x Amazon rewards - not good. I suspect that something is going on but clearly I can’t prove this - I truly hope this payment issue is only a ‘blip’ and all will be resolved soon.

received payment but links don't work. sent e-mail asking for it to be sorted but all i get is how to redeam. no one seams to read the problems. have tried several times but same response every time. there is 4 vouchers but none work,

In line with other reviewers, I've been with this company a week or so, applied to claim a £5 Amazon voucher (whose points took hours to accrue), only to later be told it's been cancelled. I didn't cancel it so there's no reason it should have been. I tried to contact the company and filled in their online form only to be told the form can't be sent. This is ridiculous. The survery questions themselves are rather repetitive, often badly-written, and often over-personal or irrelevant to anything. At other times, I'm told I'm not eligible but no reason is given. If the eligibility requirements were given and my basic details could be pre-populated, a lot of time would be saved. Currently I barely trust this company. Update: Since the company's contact in response to the above, my account had to be reinstated. I have just received the voucher, some 14 days and quite a lot of hassle after I first applied for it. I have now managed to bank the money into my Amazon account, and can finally delete my Toluna account once and for all.

Hi Toluna, I have been using the sites with no issues for the past few months. However, I have been unable to sign into my account these past few days for no apparent reason. I have sent multiple messages from my email address and no one has replied to me to let me know what’s going on. Can someone help me sort this out please as I had 2 rewards that were processing

Takes your inputs, You spend 15 minute than says we were looking for different profile. Website is good but slow to earn points.

Rewards are very small and smaller than the sister in USA. Takes forever to get anything. You can get out of a survey after spending 20 minutes and NO REWARD AT ALL. Now I've learned your points "expired" and if you don't spend it quickly, they'll take them from your account without warning. The surveys fails quite a bit too. Overall, don't waste your time with it. It isn't worth it.

One of the lowest paying of all the survey sites that I'm a member of. To get enough points for £35 paypal it takes many months because points for surveys are so pitifully small. To make things even worse they raised the points needed for £35 and your points are only valid for 16 months! I know of no other site that actually deletes your points after a certain time has passed, except 'Your Views', a toluna subsidiary unsurprisingly. The funny (or sad) thing is they even admit to you about their low point rewards and say to join their browser/phone monitor for 15k extra points a month. I joined their 'consumer insight' over a month ago just to see if I would get the points but have not received anything. Payment redemptions are sluggish too. Overall I wouldn't recommend.
