Not the best survey company, they withhold payment and when you ask them where it is they don't seem to have a clue what's happening, I've had to contact the MRS to put a complaint in, and if this doesn't work the only other option is the small claims court, Avoid at all costs

Although this company has always previously been ok… they are now withholding an Amazon payment requested at least three months ago! They are not responding to communication and I feel badly let down. I have been doing their surveys for several years and am shocked and very disappointed! Explain Toluna…

I am writing this review to demand the immediate release of my three pending PayPal rewards, which have now heavily exceeded Toluna's official 3-week processing time. I have submitted 4 redemption requests recently, but only ONE was successful. The other 3 have been completely stuck in "Processing" status for weeks: • Request 1: Submitted on September 7 (Over 24 days ago) • Request 3: Submitted on September 15 • Request 4: Submitted on September 17 My PayPal account is fully verified, and since I successfully received one payment before, there is absolutely no issue with my payment setup. It is extremely unfair that Toluna's system does not allow users to withdraw their total balance at once. Because of your own system's limitation, I was forced to click and submit multiple single requests back-to-back. Your rigid anti-fraud AI then flagged my account for "unusual activity" and froze my hard-earned money.

Title: Missing Tesco Vouchers Since August 4th - Customer Support Ignoring MeReview:I am writing this review because Toluna's customer support has completely ignored multiple emails regarding my missing rewards.I ordered a Tesco voucher on August 4th, and I still have not received it. To make matters worse, I have a second voucher ordered behind it which is now also delayed and likely stuck in the same queue.My dashboard shows the points have been deducted, but no vouchers have been delivered. Private help desk tickets are being entirely ignored without acknowledgment. SCAM SCAM SCAM, they let you undertake plenty of surveys and when you get close to any reward of monetary value they will close your account citing that it's been 'flagged for valid reasons that could compromise our quality standards' STAY AWAY FROM THESE TIME WASTERS. Total liars and scumbags.

Absolutely disgusting company stay away! They have just blocked my account for NO reason after 2 weeks, with no explanation. I have tried contacting their support team which has been no help whatsoever. They have sent me the same email 3 times asking me to reset my password to which I am not receiving an email with a password reset link! I am also owed £20 in vouchers which I still have not received after 2 weeks, which is an absolute disgrace! This company is a con and a company who prey on the vulnerable. There is no way of contacting them by phone! They get thousands for the surveys and pay their clients peanuts!! Stay away from this company you have been warned!

Payment Order 3245352 from 17/05/2026 is still stuck on Processing after 4 weeks. Support is only sending automated replies. Please manually approve my payout.
