T&Cs guaranteed a payment within 3 weeks, I'm now beyond week 4 and have still not received my paypal rewards

I've just spent 15 minutes answering questions about confectionary products for the survey to suddenly end with the message "you are not quite what we are looking for". So no points for me then! Not all surveys are like that, you usually are informed early on if the survey is not for you....but once you've almost completed the survey it's just to late for them to say "you are not quite what we are looking for".

PayPal reward claimed 11 January, still not paid. Just get excuses and "no idea how long this will take to resolve". No longer using Toluna

Avoid this company at all costs. You complete surveys in good faith and then they terminate your account just before you can redeem your points. They give no explanation whatsoever. Dreadful experience and in my opinion they are a scam company

Has anyone ever received their pay pal money ???? Waiting nearly a month now . Won't do anymore surveys till get it . Support says pending ...

Avoid this company maybe this UK branch by all means. I had pending payouts. £35 two pending from different dates. Participated in live surveys which took weeks to complete reason why I had 2 pending payouts. Waited for more than a month but didn’t get paid and then my account got blocked. Tried reaching out to customer service but no response till date. Useless people. After wasting my time and energy.

Please do not subscribe to Toluna. They send so many emails re surveys but so far I haven’t been eligible to fill any at all. I’ve tried to unsubscribe but doesn’t work and still receive a tsunami of unwanted emails. I suspect they are just data harvesting and the surveys are non-existent therefore you will not make any money at all. Terrible company

I wish I'd read the reviews for the UK branch of this company! Avoid this company - it's a scam. They waited until I had a ton of points saved up (accumulated over many hours of surveys!) and then blocked my account. When I asked why I was banned they refused to give me a reason. I read the code of conduct in great detail and I'm 100% sure I've not done anything wrong - which leads me to think this company is fraudulent and not worth your time. It's completely unethical to ban accounts without any motive.
