Stay away from this site if you want to be paid for your hard efforts. I have been a member for more than 5 years and never had an issue until 4 months ago. Since then you need to wait between 4-6 weeks for your reward payment. I am still waiting for one since 31st August. There are many more reputable places to do surveys and get instant payout. It doesn't matter if you complain they don't listen - just send out the same message about how busy they are.

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a £20 Asda voucher. It generally takes 2 weeks, but this is appalling! I am no longer doing any surveys until all my rewards have been paid out. I am currently owed £50. I would recommend Swagbucks as they pay out in around 2 days!

Absolutely abysmal response from Toluna…. Been with them for 2 years..last year got £275 in PayPal vouchers which took 6 weeks this year accrued £430 and they keep cancelling payment giving no reason.

Yet Another response from Toluna saying the staff are working hard etc. etc. but still no £10 Sainsbury’s voucher - Four weeks now - Patience is wearing thin. I wonder if Sainsbury’s are aware of Toluna’s lack of customer service as it may reflect on them.

I fought for three weeks for the €40 in vouchers that were due, only to receive €30 in vouchers and now they won't respond to my emails. A totally unprofessional company who scam the reviewers.

Absolute mess with reward payouts

Filled out dozens of surveys then just as I have enough for a reward they block me for no reason. tell me I have ' inconsistences in my account 'but give no evidence,. Total waste of time.

Just another scam survey company. They seem ok at first & then suddenly block your account for no reason. They seem to do this when you're close to receiving a reward of course.
