Uk TolunaReviews of uk.toluna.com

Surveys are always tedious but when there is an incentive they're bearable. Toluna however never delivers their promise of vouchers upon accumulating enough points to redeem one. I have enough to redeem a £15 TK Maxx voucher which I have tried to redeem countless number of times only to receive an email saying that it has been cancelled. I have tried to contact Toluna but the form doesn't work and so this is 100% a scam site to waste their users' time and make you look like a mug for giving away so much information. In times like these I wonder how the owners of the site sleep at night when they know the desperation that the users must be facing for them to spend time saving up to buy things that they probably are unable to afford otherwise. I'm sure there are ways to report bogus sites such as Toluna and I feel that it needs to be reported!

I cashed out in September and was told it would be 1-2 weeks for my reward. That time has been and gone. I tried to put in a ticket on the website but after submitting I got an error message. I have had no email with the voucher either. The new look website is awful. I've been with Toluna for over 10 years and this is the worst it's ever been.

Signed up for this out of curiosity really, however half the surveys seem to malfunction before the end, bit of a waste of time, won’t be wasting any more.

ไม่ดี เพราะชอบหลอกให้ทำจนเสร็จ ค่อยบอกว่าเต็ม สรุปคือ ทำการกุศลทำฟรีๆ ไม่เคยปรับปรุงอะไรให้ดีขึ้น

Warning warning do not use this company, I gained 200,000 points answering surveys. I took my time i answered honestly and with integrity, I went to cash out via PayPal, they wouldn't grant it. The next time I went to login it said I had wrong password, so I went to re set password they said I didn't have an account. I lost all them points and all the time it took to do them. This is a fake company and are scamming honest people so do not fall in the trap.

Do not use! My account has just been suspended for being used outside of the UK! I've not been outside of the UK and have questioned them to which they responded "we wish you all the best for the future!" and they have not paid out what I had accrued.

I’ve signed up about a two weeks ago, completed a few surveys, enough to redeem a 10£ voucher, and this is when the issues start. The first voucher was processing for 2 days then got rejected without any reason provided, points returned to my account. I’ve tried for the second time with a different voucher, same story. Then I’ve tried for the third time, and I lost access to my account! When I try to log in either on the app or the website it doesn’t work, password reminder doesn’t work either I never received any of the password reset emails from Toluna. My account vanished! I would like to unsubscribe and forget about this terrible experience, but even this seems to be an issue, when I click the unsubscribe link in one of the old emails from Toluna the page doesn’t work… One star was triggered by the issues, but overall when it worked I must say both the website and the app were rather poor quality. Toluna is a waste of time, not worth trying.

This site sends you lots of surveys, but they are not clear how much you can earn as you get paid in Tokens. These surveys can take A LOT of time and to get £5, you may be taking surveys that take up to 30+ hrs. I would give this Company 0/5
