When I received the vacuum and realized it was defective I was not only hugely disappointed but expecting excuses and arguments. Being non confrontational as I am I just decided to demand a refund and move on. Instead I got the most spectacular customer service I think I’ve ever received…thank you for renewing my faith in people.

I have had so many problems with my OSMO dash cam fist of all no power lead there is no cigarette socket in most new cars today only in the boot for using a a pumpto blow up your tires,next there was no SIM card in my dash cam there should have been no they tell me it will take 10/15 days to get one ,all the way from china you must be joking but it’s not a joke very unhappy customer
