I bought two kitty find trackers for my cats. What arrived was rather large but OK, we'll try. No instructions beyond utter basics and as a surprise you need to get a SIM with data for it which is not mentioned when you buy them. Which then did not work although they were fine in my phone. The chat function told me I needed to take the SIM lock off - it didn't have any. They didn't have any other advice and the next 'agent' wouldn't read what the previous had already tried. Totally hopeless. I got the same story of 'send it back to China or keep it for 15% discount' but on the UK website the returns policy gave a return address in Yorkshire so I used that, recorded. It was refused and sent back to me. I blew a gasket and they returned my money, trackers went in the bin. Do NOT buy! The idea is good but the product and service stinks.

The product is far too big for a cat to wear. The instructions are so poor that for anyone with a basic understanding in technology they are impossible. It is not clear and up front that a SIM card is required. My gps stopped working in less than a month and wouldn’t charge. The product hadn’t even been attached to my cats collar as I was still trying to figure out how it operates. Really wouldn’t recommend for anyone to buy.

I ordered a cat tracker and received something huge, which would do for a large dog but is completely unsuitable for a cat. Avoid this company! Edit: They've just offered me a 15% discount to keep it. I paid 114€ ! And a further edit: The email came from OSMO Sweden (or so it said), but the return address is in China. I just looked at the postage costs with tracking, and it's around 40€. And there are allkinds of get-outs for them -it's got to be in the original wrapping (plastic, and cut in order to get into the parcel), must show no sign of us, etc. So I imagine they would use something like that as a get-out. This company is a bunch of crooks and the product a complete rip-off!

Avoid avoid avoid! As below ordered a cat collar, sent a huge dog collar in Chinese packaging with no English instructions, customer service are non responsive. No resolution offered.

I ordered a tracker called kitty find. It arrived after 2 weeks and is made for a dog, with an enormous collar - there is no way this will fit my cat. After a wait on a chat function, they’re entirely gaslighting me, telling me despite pictures showing clearly this is for a dog , that it was exactly what I ordered- the ’kitty find ’ tracker & that I should just attach it to a collar ’of my choosing ’- but there’s no way to attach it and it just has open hooks so no way to do this. Avoid this company.

I ordered a cat GPS tracker, but the product I received was completely different from what was advertised—it doesn’t match the brand, and it’s actually designed for dogs, not cats. Awful. Avoid at all costs. I've never reviewed a company here before and certainly have never given a bad review for a company, but I felt compelled to to in this case. Ordered their heated gloves after seeing them recommended in Reader's Digest Online. They took over a week to arrive. I followed the instructions and looked forward to having warm hands on my early morning walk... only to find the gloves don't work! They barely get warm and make no difference at all on a cold day. Regular knitted mittens are better. No wonder they are always on sale! Getting hold of someone to find out how to return is a challenge and the cost to return them (which the customer has to pay) is astronomical because they are based in China (not made clear on the website anywhere I could see) They offered me a 15% refund and I have now taken that as I can't be bothered to waste more time and money on this. Their 4.5 star reviews on the website are clearly fake. In summary? Absolutely awful company. Product doesn't work. Avoid at all costs.

Horrendous company, ordered some heated gloves, which eventually arrived more than 3 weeks later. They are too big, of shoddy quality and don't work. They are supposed to be switched on with 3 settings on the outside of the gloves, but they don't, the switch doesn't communicate with the inside of the gloves. I have been trying to contact them since the gloves arrived 6 days ago to get a return address for a refund, and there has been no engagement at all, they; 've replied to one email asking for a video of the gloves - I refused - how can you tell from a video if the gloves are heating up inside? that was 5 days ago - nothing since, despite me following up several times. Avoid at all costs !!
