The worst customer care I've ever dealt…
The worst customer care I've ever dealt with. (tried to deal with) :: edited after bad review response .... why do you manage to reply to a bad review within 24 hours but I get no response after 8 days of constant attempts to get an answer, and still no answer to this day.

Terrible support, won't replace faulty items
Terrible company. I purchased two of their 170W solar panels one of which was delivered with a manufacturing fault. Contacted eco-worthy support for a replacement. Did all the tests they asked proving the panel has very low performance vs the good panel. Support refuse to replace or refund the faulty panel and now don't respond to my emails. I am now stuck with a defective panel. I will never purchase an item from them again. The worst customer experience I have ever had!

Still waiting for batteries
Having ordered panels, inverter, and batteries the batteries were never delivered. Having questioned this was told to use tracking and wait, however, tracking company had no record of the number given, 3 weeks later offered replacement (not replacements originals never sent) still waiting to be able to complete a fair review of the equipment

Ordered a DC to DC battery charger only…
Ordered a DC to DC battery charger only to realise I needed an AC to DC charger. I asked if it could be changed only to be told no they don’t. I asked for a return address and a full refund I would pay the postal return. The reply was, how about we give you £10 and you keep the charger, then it was how about £20. Well I’m not bartering for my money. This is now in the hands of trading standards. I’ve also asked for the non compliance of UK trading laws.
