Well I have purchased 12 x 170w solar panels, 3000w inverter, and 8 100ah batteries and a wind turbine over the last few months. I was pretty happy with my offgrid set up until I finally fitted the wind turbine which was faulty, that changed everything!!!! I now regret ever buying a single thing from this company!!! The customer service is the worst I have ever come across, ever, they string you along, tell bare faced lies and I honestly think they just try to annoy you so much that you quit!! They agreed to refund the faulty product but would not send a replacement like I originally wanted which I find strange? But all talk no refund just lies! Here is my main issue and a warning to everyone, whatever you by from this company you do at your own risk, if there is any issue with delivery, damage in transit, or any fault at any time that requires a refund or replacement forget it!! You will get nowhere, so the solar panels have in reality have NO warantee, the batteries have NO warantee whatsoever, so anything you purchase is sold as seen!!! I live off grid and this system actually provides all of my power, fairly well to be fair but for how long!!! I was going to upgrade to their new batteries and go up to 48v on everything as I WAS happy with the products, now there is ZERO TRUST so I can't deal with this company anymore. I had spent thousands with them an was going to spend thousands more upgrading but there is no hope now I think I have actually had a lucky escape. If Nia aswers your customer service email just give up, chuck the item in the bin and move on, your getting nothing!!! Update.......A few hours after posing this the refund was received, coincidence?

After watching several you tube videos on the Eco worthy "Tracker" unit,( 2 of which were people in Ireland) decided to buy one last night. Their own website stated "free shipping to Ireland" with the Irish flag beside it! and even included in my email link to them, from their own Ad a eco15 5% discount code lowering the checkout price to £264. I use PayPal and when i try to simply pay, their own re direct address site give no option for Ireland??? I contact their "support" and get this message today "sorry we don't ship to Ireland" from someone calling themselves "Nia"? I have been using PayPal for 20 years and never had a problem with any other supplier ie: Bluetti, Amazon, Ali Express, e bay etc and they can't deliver to Ireland?!!!!

Purchased a battery and charger. Battery appears to be good but the charger makes an awful noise. I assumed that this was faulty but it was confirmed by eco worthy that this is normal. I am now being made to pay postage to return the awful product.

EcoWorthy is a fraudulent company! After purchasing a product and immediately returning it without even opening the box, I never received my refund. It has now been six months, and despite numerous follow-ups, the refund has not arrived. Initially, they responded to a few emails, promising a “refund in progress,” but then they completely stopped replying. It’s clear they have STOLEN my money. It’s outrageous that a company can act this way, deceiving customers and ignoring their legitimate requests. EcoWorthy has proven to be completely unreliable and dishonest. I strongly advise everyone against purchasing from them: they are true scammers. If you don’t want to risk losing your money, avoid them at all costs!

Missing items from order, undecapacity battery, no company in UK to find justice in court, customer service lies, nothing will be solved, they just want you to give up,which I did..hope your company will become bankrupt. To do bussiness with companies from China, must be incredibly stupid. Never again. See China? Pass over.

Great adds and presale promotions but once your sold the customer service is none existent. Have had nothing but grief from the point of sale and so I am trying to return the product for a refund and it seems as if they have moved on If you buy from this company after reading this then GOD help you if you have to get customer service Eco Worthy in reading please contact or reply here

You didn't send the make to female and female to male connections to extend the cables

The equipment sems okay, we had a few technical issues and there is literally no technical support. The phone is answered by a "message taker" with no knowledge and when you get an email reply it is again an admin person trying to assist non-technical. It took over three weeks to get an answer and it turned out our item was faulty, they then offer money off partial refund as opposed to sending a replacement as they do not stock spares. Once I had sorted the issue out (which I am sure would have taken less than 15 mins if a tech person was available) the kit is working and performing well. Value for money kit really good. Tech support and customer service Non-existent. A real shame as I think these guys could be really good. I currently have another email sent to customer services as I type asking a "basic admin" question regarding a code on our display and I have not had a reply for 6 days!
