Sent back phone case as it was wrong, said they would send back new one once they received my wrong one. Emailed them many times and no answer. Worst company I have ever used! I had the case tracked and it says delivered. Do not use this company!!

I ordered and paid for a charging cable on the 5th May, it is now one month later and no cable has appeared. Several emails have failed to elicit a response so I have decided to use every review site I can find to expose their dreadful business practices and pathetic customer service. It was only a small amount paid but that is irrelevant, how many other thousands of people have been relieved of small amounts? Bad, Bad, Bad!!! Do not trust this company. Worse than terrible, if only there were negative "Stars" we could award.

Terrible! Ordered a cover for an Apple Watch (series 3, 38mm - if that matters) on 5th may. After threatening them with cancelling my order, it finally arrived on 1st June. What a disappointment. Parts were broken off already, the glass ‘cover’ doesn’t cover the face of the watch, it also doesn’t stick round the edges, and there were zero instructions! I’ve contacted them with photos. I have zero faith that they’ll do anything about this. Don’t buy from these guys! Shoddy quality.

Ordered phone case on 3rd May. Its now the 3rd June and still no case has arrived. Emailed company around 3 times still no any further forward. Asked for refund as it supposedly covered by Norton but still nothing. Don't touch this company waste of time and money

Order took over a month, company didn't reply to emails. When screen protectors arrived, all 3 broken in a flimsy paper envelope.

**It’s a scam** Be warned! You will not receive your package and they will not refund you! Not only will they ignore your outstanding emails but will also not refund you in correspondence to the emails they do reply to. IT’S A SCAM DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!

Bought a new phone, so needed some new accessories. Upon completing the order, and of course paying, I received no confirmation of any kind. 'Glad I had printed the webpage giving me an order number before closing the page! My order was confirmed only by an email from Norton offering identity protection because I had placed an order with cellphonecases.com. Then I became concerned that perhaps I would never receive the items ordered. Well, ten days later, a bubble envelope arrived stuffed with the items, which unfortunately included tempered glass screen covers. These were shattered. I immediately contacted the company via their customer service webpage requesting replacement or refund asap. Have not heard a word in two weeks. While I did receive my order, I do not recommend purchasing from this entity. Very unreliable, and really NO customer service of any kind. Too bad their ad appears at the top of the page when searching for cell phone cases. That's the way I was drawn into this disappointing situation.

Would give no star if I could. Ordered phone case 4 weeks ago ( advertised as uk site). Not uk but USA. Nothing arrived and standard auto responses to messages. Said they are covered by Norton guarantee so I'm looking into this. Don't use this company as fraudulent in advertising and non-delivery of goods
