I have decided that I am going to call the police about this company in the morning. I have paid hard earned money for a product that I ordered weeks ago and not received. I have tried to contact them to discuss and no reply ... which matches the majority of terrible reviews. Hopefully I can get my money back from VISA. There is nothing worse in life than being ripped of and having money stolen from you!!!!

I never received my goods. Every time I tried to contact the seller I just got a standard non committal answer. Some of my emails were ignored. I suspect I've been scammed and I would advise people to stay well clear of this business (or is it just a front to dupe people into parting with their cash).

Nice looking cases at decent prices but you would be wise to buy elsewhere, I mean ANY where else! Communication and customer service are all time lows and the quality of their cases is poor as well. It began when I ordered my case. I never received a confirmation of any kind. The only way I knew it was ordered was by checking my credit card. They NEVER sent a confirmation email! I received the case about 10 days later and assembled it. A week later the kickstand broke. Not from my mishandling but from cheap materials. I emailed them to request a replacement and below is an exact quote of what they sent back: " package delivered 10 days ago. If you broke the kickstand after the fact, it's not returnable." This is a company that I will never buy another item from. With the hundreds of sites that sell phone cases, why would anybody do business with them?

Do not use this company. Ordered a phone case from this website, because is said UK and the payment was in GBP. Case was for an iPhone SE, it clearly said that on their order, when it eventually arrived weeks later the case was for an iPhone 7/8. Sent them an email to complain and their response was the phones are the same, tried to put my phone into the case and surprise, it did not fit. Tried to return it but it meant paying for the postage which was more expensive than the case, ended up throwing it out, very misleading, a company in the USA with a UK headed website and no sign of a UK office.

Be ware still awaiting product after 2 weeks trying to reclaim money

Wish I'd read these reviews prior to ordering! Found this site when I specifically googled for UK suppliers. Nowhere does it show that you are actually ordering from the US. Their email even says UK! Purposefully misleading! I ordered on 6.6.20 and today 6.7.20 my item is still in the US! Was supposed to be a gift for my son's birthday!

The item was listed in pounds, unknown to me it was being shipped from the States. Never arrived, cannot get through on email. PLEASE AVOID
