I ordered an item from this company on 1st December. It’s an Xmas present for my son. I emailed them last week to check when it was it was being delivered only to get a reply on 12th December saying it was being sent from California, order was processed on 8th and could take between 10 and 20 business days to be delivered. Ironically on the 13th December I was sent a standard email with ‘order now to get before Xmas’ from the same company’. I may well not receive my item that was ordered three weeks before so I think that is highly unlikely.

In my own experience I have found communication poor and delivery delay unacceptable. When I placed an order at no point was it explained that the item would be despatched to my UK address from California !

LIARS! They're not UK based despite their site being made to look that way. Took 2 weeks to arrive and turns out the ring on the back isn't magnetic! I specifically bought it for that reason! I'm going to take this up with my credit card company.

Sent me wrong case which although fitted my phone, was clearly designed for a different model. It had cut outs in different places. After sending them photo evidence the seller stopped responding. No chance for a refund or replacement. AVOID!

Sadly the product arrived damaged (screen protector). The company agreed to refund me but never have. Definitely avoid.

Ordered a case and it has never turned up. No contact with the supplier. Feel a complete con and would not tell anyone to ever use this company. They should be reported to the authorities as I’m sure they will be making a lot of money out of lying to customers

Complete rip off , ordered glass screen protector which is about 10 mm short all the way round ,i made sure i ordered exact make and model , so i don't know what this is supposed to be for, they had a sticker on it saying that it was the same model , but guess what anyone can print a sticker, tried to email , didn't recognize address waste of time
