Can't give a zero rating! Bought a case as a Christmas present on the 12th December, it didn't arrive until the New Year. Nothing wrong with the case, but it wasn't wanted, so I emailed for a refund. Was ignored for the first 2 weeks. Eventually told it had gone beyond 30 days, annoyingly I explained what had happened. So they granted me a 45 day return as I was "international". The case was returned and signed for by them on the 30th January. Gave them some time to process the refund, but it never appeared. When asking again for the refund, the response was that it had gone beyond 60 days of the purchase date and told to re-read the T&C's! Avoid this company by all costs!

Bought an LG V20 screen protector - paid $20 for a $3 item. It took forever to arrive. It was terrible quality with dots all over the screen, halo effect, reflective glare, a black border covers the screen, it is not as repsonsive as a proper tempered glass protector. Absolutely terrible quality and even worse customer servicd.

Ordered 2 things, came fast enough but one was totally the wrong item. I sent several messages, received irrelevant replies and was then ignored. I just wanted a refund or the actual item I bought sending to me. I wish I'd looked at the reviews on various sites. Appalling customer service, not worth the lottery of attempting to get what you actually order. This is the first bad review I've ever left any company, I am not a difficult customer.

Took ages for anything to be shipped. Please note: **Any UK purchasers these items ship from California, USA despite "cellphonecasesuk"" with no notification to you via substandard DHL untrackable shipping..once it leaves USA you are S.O.L** . No communication. Received a random refund but it wasn't even the full amount of anything I had purchased?? Sent multiple emails, no response. No cases either. Weeks later. Furious. In addition, don't feel comforted by the" Norton purchase protection" load of toss. Order at your own risk. Seriously.

Only 1 star as can't give zero - delivery not fulfilled on time - poor response to my enquiry on delivery - cannot recommend on delivery alone - won't use again -

Ordered Samsung case arrived in UK 11th Dec but still has not been delivered

Case lasted one week . Previous identical case but branded lasted over 3 years ...cheap and nasty..

I made my order not knowing the company was based in the states as the website was co.uk!! Therefore had a 9 day wait until I received my goods!! Secondly the goods were not exactly as seen on the website i.e. The cover I ordered for my iPhone 8 plus also came with a horrid pink rubber case which was glued into the wallet case and therefore I can't remove it!!! Wish I had just orders from eBay! Cellphone case please make your photos clearer!! One very disappointed customer who waited far too long to receive goods not as expected = waste of time and money!!
