Just upgraded my residential network to all UniFi gear. Gateway, APs, NVR, and couple of cameras. My WiFi is amazingly reliable. I'm very satisfied with the camera quality and app experience. And they have a decent release schedule with pretty quick turnarounds for issues. Sure, they aren't perfect, but they have demonstrated that they actually care about UX and making quality products. This is far better than anything I've ever had previously over the years. I know I might not be a power users, and I've seen issues on the community pages for releases. But I would recommend their gear for most prosumer type folks who want to tinker and get their hands dirty. Especially to those looking to move beyond TP Link or their fiber/cable providers out of the box solutions. Especially if you are concerned with tracking and privacy.

I've been using Ubiquity for years. Nearly always been solid. My last issue they sent me out a replacement before I'd even sent the failed item back. I had one issue a couple of years back where they didn't resolve the problem, feels like they've improved customer service since then. Besides that, delivering on features promised and a more open roadmap would be nice.

Prima Afgelopen 1.5 jaar al meerdere producten rechtstreeks bij UI besteld. Tot op heden goed verlopen. Het is jammer dat UI niet alles kan leveren door het chiptekort, sommige producten zijn maanden niet beschikbaar om begrijpelijke redenen. Jammer dat UI voor UPS kiest voor de verzending, ik zie liever een meer betrouwbare partij die de verpakking heel laat.
