I never got my last order

Ugly was everything. Please come back, we miss you.

I never received my order, or a refund. And now it looks like the entire company shut down so...thanks for the feedback email, I guess

My last order was placed in the first days of January 2022. I never received my order. Your customer service responded to my first enquiry, saying they would look into the issue and follow up shortly. They never followed up. Your CS team never responded to any of my followup messages and emails as well. It has been four months since I placed the order and the issue has yet to be resolved. I finally asked for a refund. Again no reply. So I am extremely disappointed and have no faith in your fulfillment and customer service abilities. It’s a shame because I really like your seltzer, but this experience leaves me with no confidence in your online business practices, and I doubt I will ever be ordering from you again.

Drinks are great but my last 3 months of orders have never been shipped. I have been issued refunds but received no communication about why they have not shipped.

The essences that Ugly has in their drinks are really good. They are so good, my 9 year old drinks Ugly. The only complaint I would have about Ugly is the price point. They are on the more expensive side. But, if you are struggling to get off of soda and don't mind missing the sugary part of soda, Ugly has you covered with their "flavors".

The product is great, the service is non existent. After receiving my last order in December, a few cans had some issues. After letting customer service know they were actually great and sent out an entire new shipment at no cost. Well, a few weeks go by and it appears the shipment was lost by their shipping co. Tracking showed “contact shipper”. Half a dozen calls and emails have gone unanswered since January. Very unfortunate but enough to make me go elsewhere.
