I love UFCU. Have been a member for over 7 years. They’re very professional and friendly, and I’ve always been given excellent advice from them and have taken care of my finances. I trust this organization explicitly.

I've been a member for over a decade; from the opening of my first bank account with my parents, to my joint account shared with my wife. Local and friendly experiences ever time I've gone in to the Slaughter location, today I had an issue with my account that Malyk helped me resolve with the best possible outcome and no sweat, all within 10 minutes I was in and out the door.

They have given me excellent service. They gave me a loan for my car at an excellent rate that helped me get the car of my dreams and they also refinanced my credit cards with one of their cards at half the interest rate that I was paying at other banks whenever I go to pay my debts. I talk to the people at the agency and I feel very comfortable at home.

Great credit union! Been banking with them for now close to 15 years. They are the only ones many times in the past who approved me for loans when no one else would. They kept me going and I'm grateful. Always great customer service super helpful! Would recommend!
