Thanks so much for the great review! We’re glad the build quality stands out and that the UPS feature hits the mark for you. Our units are designed to keep essentials running through outages, smooth out voltage irregularities, and help protect connected gear from surges and line noise—exactly as you described. Quick tips: plug critical devices into the AC outputs, keep total load within the rated wattage, and test a brief outage scenario now and then so you know everything switches over as expected. If you ever need help or have questions, our team’s here for you at [email protected].

Hi Robert, Thank you for reaching out—and I’m truly sorry for the confusion here. The solar panel shown in some photos is meant to illustrate solar charging; the order includes the S1200 power station only unless a solar bundle is specifically selected at checkout. I can absolutely help make this right. Here are a few easy options—please tell me which you prefer: Keep the S1200 and add a solar panel I can set you up with a courtesy discount on our compatible solar panel and include the correct connector if you need it. Return for a refund If the unit is unused and in original packaging, I can provide return instructions and an RMA. Just confirm the condition of the package and I’ll send the details. Again, I’m sorry this wasn’t clearer up front—we’re reviewing the page layout to make the “What’s included” section even more obvious. Let me know which option works best for you, and I’ll take care of the next steps right away. Warm regards, UDPOWER Support
