Went to same Dr. for over 30 years. For the first time when I went in for my required annual physical I was charged 91.98. My annual physical is covered by my insurance. I found out the charge was for him to renew my maintenance prescriptions which he has done every year and was included with my physical Now UC health has decided it was worth a 30 minute charge and billed my insurance 500 dollars. I was in his office about 15 minutes total. I did protest the charge and they had a investigation in which I was never interviewed for so called investigation. So now I will find a doctor that has no associations with uc health. So enjoy the 91.98 I hope it is worth the cost of a long time patient. We really need our politicians to get off their asses and fix Americas screwed up and greedy health care system that has companies like us health in it.

Im out of town ran out of insulin called first thing in the morning they said they would send over right away. They did not it is now 5pm I still dont have insulin even called in to pharmacy yet. Im going to have to go to the emergency room. They kept putting me on old transfer me 4 times. I still have no insulin

I went to a UC Health clinic due to throwing up blood, they said I was being dramatic and told me to sleep it off, I am genuinely worried they are neglecting their patients to get them killed and money from them

Rude, unprofessional, cry babbies, perfomance and scheduling failures. This is by far the worst place I have ever gotten health care in more than 60+ years. it took me 2 months to get an appointment, then the doctor I was to see had his nurse call on the day of my appointment and she said he had to cancel. I made another appointment waited 2 more weeks and had to see another doctor because I couldnt wait another 2 months for another appointment, I went to my second appointment and they said the doctor left and my appointment was at 8am that day, well no it wasnt, thats not what I was told over the phone by the lady who called to cancel the appointment on the same day I was to see the Doctor AFTER WAITING 2 MONTHS! then I made a 3rd appointment! and it was at another location and a 3rd doctor. waited another week + and finally got to see a Cardiologist who was OK! so there is no way I would ever use UC health again EVER! there is a reson they have 1.5 stars average. I didnt check this before scheduling my intial appointment, but if I knew they were incompetent, rude AND UNPROFESSIONAL i WOULDNT HAVE MADE AN APPOINTMENT! THEY WERE SO BAD IN FACT I AMTHINKING ABOUT SUING THEM!

Extreme sinus pain. All the physicians I have seen are less than educated about "Long COVID". State regulators should take a serious look at this organization before they kill somebody!

Ignored my request for a Kidney X-Ray as I was trying to pass a Kidney Stone. X-Ray’ed my back instead and found nothing. Some scruffy looking guy put a Lodicaine Patch on my lower back and gave me 1,000mg of Tylenol Two PA’s and 3 Doctors poked their heads in (one scheduled the XRay) and they said they would be back. None ever came back. An RN released me. I suffered incredible pain that sould have been controlled. I finally passed the Kidney Stone 2 days later; no thanks to them! In my opinion, they are a bunch of no-caring, multitasking, non-professional quacks! Do not use UCHealth Boulder Emergency!!!

I don’t know if this was UCH or not; it was an unsolicited call…. but whether or not it was UCH… The specific caller was either committing fraud and trying to steal my information or it was UCH and actually promoting scamming and stealing from the elderly and people who are naïve and vulnerable. If it was UCH… by requesting private information federal and state agencies urgently recommend to people not to give… UCH is promoting people to risk everything by making these calls requesting private information . Was This UCH, promoting criminal fraud and skull Duggery…. UCH, phoning patients dependent upon UCH for the patients’ life itself… these unsolicited calls requesting identifying information … private information … are promoting elderly abuse and scams Requesting private information from unsolicited calls can directly result in patients and others to reveal private information resulting in the loss of their life savings.

Procedural bureaucratic nightmare. I almost died because it took them 6 months to schedule the surgery I needed. Then they left me without the full procedure finished so I needed a second surgery. Then after I moved, they denied me my medical supplies that I needed because they never completed the full surgery that I needed.
