RR, Again, I have NOT had ANYONE whose money was stolen from them. I looked at all our clients right now and everyone is paid up or about to pay their next bill. Whoever you spoke with or gave money to DOES NOT work for us or is pretending to work for UBO ENT. The reason why I tell you this is because I manage ALL OF THE INVOICES. I don't have any invoices that have not been fulfilled. We are a boutique firm, so we don't have that many clients. If you would like to email me at: [email protected], we can discuss what happened, what you were paying for and why you didn't receive services for monies rendered, I can sift through staff or let you know what is going on. ALL invoices are to go through our UBO ENT Paypal. If our logo is not on the invoice you received, then you weren't dealing with me, the founder and owner of the business who creates and manages ALL of the invoices. Thank you. UBO Entertainment is actually a very real PR and Marketing Firm in the Entertainment Industry, conducting business for nearly two decades. Although there is always going to be a customer who isn't happy with services they receive, our experience is quite the opposite. We have a business licence, proving we are real (you can look it up, if you like) and we work with real people every month to help them get the word out about their music, art and/or business. We are a woman-owned business and we do not take deposits EVER. We do, however, require a consultation with potential clients which helps us to get you set up. This is very normal in the world of Sales, PR, Marketing, Coaching, Speaking Engagements, etc. Consultations are non-refundable across the board in the business world and our payments are monthly and appropriately priced out for independent businesses and artists of all kinds so that it is managable and affordable.
