Dear Customer, Thank you for posting this review. We sincerely apologize for your unpleasant shopping experience and the inconvenience. There are two pairs of glasses in your order; only one pair had issue; as soon as we learned about, we immediately proposed a solution that we were wiling to remake it and reship to you, at our cost. But you rejected, then we accepted your request for a refund. Since the BOGO coupon was applied to your order, even though the pair of glasses that you requested refund was free in the order, we still refunded the corresponding amount. We were so sorry that we couldn’t meet your request for a full refund, because there is still one pair of glasses in the order that is in perfect condition. If you want the full amount, you need to return all the items to us, but you rejected, too. We have been negotiating with you and trying our best to meet your requirements. In the end, we accepted your proposal and even though the prices of the two pairs of glasses were different (the intact pair was much more expensive than the defective one), we still refunded you 50%. It took about a week to resolve this issue. We sincerely apologize again for keeping bothering you and the inconvenience. Any question, please feel free to contact us.
