Color was off; very different than advertisement; Plaid pattern very distorted on both pair that p purchased. Good job on script, delivery time.

Shipping time is a little long.

I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, (large frames). One of them fit perfectly and the other pair ran smaller. So, I'm stuck with them because I don't think they were made in America. Also, I wish there were better communication about delivery. However, for the price, you can't beat it. So, I would probably order from them again.

Frames I ordered were poor quality. Make sure to check the material out before purchasing.

The prescription was on point and I love the way the glasses look on me. I was disappointed in how long they took to arrive, however. It took the entire 28+2 additional days and appeared stuck in Los Angeles, CA for 2 weeks. Next time I will choose expedited shipping to see if it hopefully makes a difference.

The standard delivery takes too long and the tracking system for orders is terrible.

Quick delivery, took 2 weeks. I ordered 2 pairs. The first being Carmelita which was perfect, beautiful and I love them. But the 2nd pair was Candice, the frame came wonky which caused double vision and a headache (the right temple was slanting downwards compared to the left temple). I adjusted the glasses and now it's a bit better but not comfortable (They still give me a headache and I feel nauseous if I wear them too long). The temples are very flimsy and cheaply made. The prices were cheap so now will leave it in the back of my draw to dust. But overall I'm happy with the quality of the 1st pair only.
