Checking out can be a little difficult

Super happy with my purchase! Fast shipping, good quality frames, and my RX was correct. Gave 4 stars bc they were pre-adjusted and squeeze my temples so I had to take to my eye dr office for adjustments. But that's a minor issue and not really preventable. Will be purchasing more!

The glasses are beautiful

Ublins frames are SO FUN! You can't beat the pricing when they have the BOGO sales! Are they the best quality? No. (Ex. The lenses pop out if I accidentally drop them...but they pop right back in, lol). But they are so inexpensive you can have a bunch of different prescription glasses on hand for every occasion!

You guys did well after my initial shock that the package was delivered somewhere else I was extremely upset I had to send multiple emails contact the post office and the glasses were remade and sent out it was a frustrating situation however my only big complaint is that it took so many hours and emails to communicate and nobody responded and the customer service number does not work so that definitely needs improvement the glasses themselves were great I love them !!!! Just need better ways to communicate and working phone numbers

The glasses, although a little flimsy, are really pretty. I had an issue with the lense coming apart from the frame but I was taken care of in a timely manner. I will remain a customer!
