And we have never received any complaints under your order. What you ordered from us is just a pair of readers glasses, not prescription. We didn't know you return the two items to us separately and you didn't inform us of the tracking number of the returned packages, so we are unable to track them. During this process, we have been contacting our colleague in the warehouse to check and look for your returned package. We didn't receive the second package until yesterday.
