Dear Thelma, Thank you for posting this comment. There might be some misunderstanding. About the shipping address, as you entered the wrong address in the order, the package was returned to us. Considering you are our valued new customer, we have assumed all the cost to reship the order to your correct address. About the prescription, we made lenses according to the prescription you filled and we inspected your glasses before shipment; everything was correct. We checked the prescription paper you sent to us, finding that it has expired. We really value each of our customers and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a way that satisfies you. What we display on our website are all physical photos; there might be some visual differences due to different lights in sunlight and screen, hope you can understand. We also have shown all the size details, including the frame weight under the Product Description of each frame, please check them for a reference. Concerning the size issue, we figured out a suitable solution. As you are our valued new customer, you can select a smaller frame on our website, we are willing to remake the glasses and reship to you, only charging some processing fee.
