The frames I purchased are very stylish but the leave bruises on your nose and causes soreness..needs cushioning there

The glasses are comically big for my face! I cant wear any of the glasses I bought.

It took forever to get them. I had to contact customer service multiple times. I am afraid to order again.

Can improve on advertising,not much to say.do better.

The frame where not what appeared to be online. Received my frame and they where very thin and not the same color, had scratches on them. Look very cheap.

Really cute frames , unfortunate that this seems to be one of the pairs that doesn’t go up to my strength. I ordered these as lenseless and sent them out with my eye doctor for lenses to be put in. Their lab wouldn’t do it either because the frames don’t open to put the lenses in. Understandable they won’t damage them so I picked up the lenses and frames and did it myself Favorite pair of glasses tho. I love unique frames

Original Review, November 4, 2024, ONE STAR: The lenses distorted everything. Made me feel like I was dizzy. I tried to reach out to customer service and they kept asking for a picture of the glasses so they can see what’s wrong…. The lenses distort things, a picture isn’t going to show that. I have used other companies and had good service, even with issues. I will not use this one again. Update January 2025: Ublins did send me new glasses, but made me pick different styles than I originally wanted. The new glasses, a square and a cat eye style don’t distort like the original round pairs I ordered, but to be honest, I probably will never wear them. The original style I wanted was the only reason I ordered from Ublins in the first place. It also took from the original order day in October 2024 till January 2025 for all of this to be resolved. Including a time were they didn’t ship out the replacements because they were waiting for me to update the review BEFORE I even received the replacement. I appreciate that they did send me something different, however based on the styles they offer and the fact my favorite shape glasses, round, distorted so badly, I will still not use Ublins again.

I loved the glasses. But the arm broke within 3 weeks. But they shipped me a new frame.
