We made lenses according to the prescription you filled and we inspected your glasses before shipment; everything was correct. After receiving your email, we have been trying our best to locate the issue and solve it. After receiving the photo of your prescription paper, we found that your prescription has expired for over a year. We suggested that you do a new prescription test, we are willing to remake the new glasses and reship to you, but you refused and insisted on requesting a refund. To save your time, we let you keep the glasses and don’t need to return them to us, we still refunded you. We feel so sorry that our product didn't get your satisfaction. We sincerely apologize again for your unpleasant shopping experience and the inconvenience.

After receiving your order, we found that there was an abnormality with your prescription. We asked for a prescription photo from you, but you were unable to provide it. We are always responsible for each our customers, so we cannot proceed until we can confirm that your prescription is correct. According to your requirements, we have already canceled the order and refunded the full amount. We suggest you do a new eye test and confirm the prescription again. You can email us the photo of the updated prescription. We will check it and do our best to customize a product to your satisfaction.

We feel so sorry that our product didn't get your satisfaction. As we promised you, we will assume all the cost to remake a new pair of glasses and reship to you. But you have been keeping emailing us the frame sku which is totally not from our website. Then we emailed back to you directly send us the screenshot of the new frame, but we haven’t received your response. Looking forward to hearing from you soon and resolving this matter promptly.
