Very disappointed with Tyr Rewards. I had been using the app normally and cashing out without any problems, then suddenly my account was disabled. They claimed there were “multiple accounts” because another account in my household belonged to my boyfriend. I was never trying to scam or abuse the platform, and instead of working with me or giving a fair warning, they permanently blocked my account and basically said they would not respond further. Customer support was not helpful at all, and the whole situation felt unfair and unprofessional. Be careful using this app if you live with other people because apparently that alone can get your account banned.

They have changed their name to try Rewards and when I attempted to earn money in the game, it accredited me no credits for playing and they of course earned their money for their ads that I had to watch, so I called the app garbage and asked them to delete my account because I tried to delete it inside the app and it would not let me, and their service representative Julian came back with some smart-ass comments, they're not friendly they're not profitable and it's not easy to earn money with him

Account disabled and was not given a reason why. just "you are not allowed to use the app any longer"

Had used this app for a good while, and things went well. I liked it, heck I had cashed out at least twice. I had stopped using it after a while because I wasn't a fan of the game selections at the time. Then I came back to check it, and for some reason, my account was flagged. I emailed and asked about it, and they only told me that I had broken guidelines. It had been two days since I asked what I broke, tried to make a new account using other emails, but it seems I can't do that either.

This app is a scam. I had made a good bit to be able to withdraw and when i went to i did the KYC showed my ID and then they banned me. Claiming that i "had a different account" when this is my first time ever using this app. Funny enough they sell your information as well. If i was able to rate this below a 1 star i would. They do anything to keep their money and steal from you be careful on this app.

Don't trust this they will not give rewards, especially those woth high value, it's a scam. Trust me you'll be wasting your time waiting for your rewards. If only I can give 0 star I will!
