The folder organisation, agents and plugins have all been super helpful. The biggest improvement I would like to see is the ability to download backup files to a targeted location (I would like to download automatically to my synchronised Google Drive and for the ability to set timed backup downloads (say every 30 minutes).

I’m really sorry for any confusion. We’ve made it easy to manage everything on your own, including canceling and requesting a refund. If you received an auto-reply after emailing us, it includes instructions to submit a bug report through our Report Bug form or reply directly to that email to get direct support from our support team. If you’ve already submitted the form, our team will get back to you within 1-3 business days. We truly appreciate your patience and would love the chance to resolve this with you directly. Thanks for your understanding! 🙏

It would be good for the company to explain the high monthly fees for using the Cloud? It seems excessive to me, especially when we purchased the Premium version, which in my opinion should at least include an increase in cloud capacity.

I've been using Typing Minds for several weeks, and I've been blown away by both the service and the company behind it. The user interface is stellar—it's incredibly forward-thinking and is constantly updated with new features and bug fixes. You can tell the development team is truly passionate about what they do. On the company side, the support has been outstanding. Every interaction I've had with them has been helpful and understanding, which is a rarity these days. I couldn't recommend Typing Minds highly enough. If you’re considering using their service, don't hesitate for a second. You won't be disappointed by the product or the amazing team that backs it.

Absolutly love it, its my go to client. But: in the last few weeks it has gotten really really slow and laggy sadly which makes it almost unusable. I hope there is some update coming soon Edit: Great Customer Support - Switched to PWA and that worked like a Charm, they should add that as a hint somewhere

Hi Aaron, sorry about the experience with the macOS app. Can you try using the PWA app version? It is much more stable and provides the same experience with the macOS app.

Initially, I was thrilled by the idea of paying just once for the app and only covering API usage costs. *BUT THEN*, I discovered the near impossibility of using it across multiple devices with the measly 10 MB of free cloud storage provided. Want more storage? Prepare to fork over a ridiculous $10/month for 1 GB or an outrageous $20/month for 5 GB. I’m beyond frustrated to learn this *after* purchasing the Premium Version.
