Since joining TypingMind the support and integrations have been very bad
Since joining TypingMind the advertisement does not match the product. They lack true Microsoft integrations and ease of use. They instead recommend work arounds which is not what their documenation says. I do not find them more useful then other front ends like Magai. Right now a wast of money. When researching this issue I turned to their support which the response time is horrible maybe 48 hours. With no direct chat support or other ways to contact support (direct human agent) other then email that is very slow. When you are using an AI frontend waiting 24-48 hours for support is an eternity and many othe platforms like Magai have a fast (minutes) turn around. After receiving the reply from Typing Mind I tried replying to my existing support ticket and now the response is even worse. It has been over 3 days with no response from Support
