I placed an order on Dec 8, said 7-10 business days for arrival. I got notification of my order and payment was taken out of my visa immediately but the package was not sent out till December 21. It left China, yes China on Dec 22. Needless to say it missed Xmas and still has not arrived in Canada. I at least was given a tracking number and they have customer service responding to my emails so it’s not all bad.
