HORRIBLE! I ordered this in February 2020..... it is now July 2020, and i STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT! I have messaged them MULTIPLE TIMES and have demanded a refund.... but the only reasons I get is the tracking information that hasn't been updated in over a month, and shows that the item is STILL IN CHINA. After requesting a refund, I was told that once the item delivers, I can refuse to sign for it, and when they get the item back, they will refund my money less shipping cost. THAT IS SO UNBELIEVABLE! How can a company justify keeping my money!? DO NOT ORDER!

This is a robot company, I ordered a product back in February of 2020. I found out that my order was being shipped from China. I have learned my lesson on ordering things from social media especially from Instagram and Facebook!!!

Still waiting for my refund since they sent only one of the two things i ordered. Noticrd as well that both buys had the same tracking no. 5 months now and no tefund yet!

I ordered my item 2-27-20 and still nothing..still in china..way before covid. I have emailed twice no response. I need my item or my money.

I have been waiting for over a month for this product. Have not received anything. Not even an e-mail. I hope this isn't a scam, because if it is. They have met the right one. I will get justice. I have no money to give anyone. They need to refund my card asap!!!!! I have 5 kids 3 which are in college,and I'm a single parent. I'm very very upset!!

I bought a mob - it was cheap, nasty and broke the first time I used it. It cost over AU$70 by the time it was converted from US $ - same thing a local shop would have been $20. They clearly spend all their money on advertising and none on quality control

On the 25 12 2019 i ordered and paid for my package which I am still waiting for. I contacted the company they said it was delivered to my address. Still waiting i connected the company again and they sent me tracking number. I looked it up end everything was in Chinese .Contacted them again that's when i received Typicalgoodies service. Somebody has to be responsible for delivery.
