First off don't ever buy more than 3 months at a time, and 3 months is pushing it, month to month is the safest way to go, and it's typhoonlabs.net now not .tv I'm kinda thinking it is some of y'alls connection or maybe your equipment is not running at full speed (search YouTube for how to make my android tv box run faster) because before when it was .tv it was running good and after when it changed to .net it was still good, and don't forget you have to make a sign in for the app and a separate one for the website
Response from Typhoon Labs TVJan 11, 2023
Dear Chris, Only the website domain was changed and re-styled. We faced issues with the earlier platform. For better clarification let me breakdown how the whole service is run and provided to you: 1. The website service (to display plans and tutorials) 2. App service (to watch contents) 3. Payment processing service (process CC payments) 4. Chat service (to provide assistance 24/7) All of those above combines the service and introduction, all of these are technically inter-related to each other but fully functional without dependency to the others. Example: Even if the website is down, the Paid users are still able to use the app without any complication. They can also reach chat support through the direct chat page URL: https://chatting.page/typhoon You are absolutely correct about the Website account and App account being separate. Website account is only for website and payment account billing address purpose, anyone can avoid it with a Guest Checkout, some users like to maintain the account to see Order history, account is for them. App account is the mandatory one to get access to the service. Users first create an account During Free Trial and can keep using it when they go premium. Thank you!

Needs audio description
Response from Typhoon Labs TVJan 11, 2023
Dear Watson, We do have Audio Description feature. Due to a number of opposing preference we are unsure of turning it on. It's a hard decision to make where half of the users don't want it and other half do. Even though there is a Toggle on/off, we experimented and got reports from customers who were annoyed by CC appearance. Sorry I couldn't find a conclusive answer.

What a joke. Paid this streamers and now I don’t have access not even to their website. It seems like it went down. Stay away from typhoontv. Not worth it, freezes a lots and takes more then 40 seconds to reload everytime.
Response from Typhoon Labs TVJan 11, 2023
Dear Tito, The website address was changed and also redirected to the new one. We made sure no orders were made during the transition as ordering was disabled. You must have reached out late for an activation, we ask everyone to reach out for activation right after ordering. If your problem was not solved yet. Feel free to chat with us 24/7 @ https://chatting.page/typhoon

Typhoon Labs TV worked very well for me over the month. No IPTV service is perfect which means not all channels work but most of them do no matter which IPTV you choose. I have a backup IPTV which I suggest everyone to get one. One of the benefits of using Typhoon Labs is the No IP Lock system which allows you to change your IP address. Therefore, you can use a VPN service (optional) which may improve your streaming performance also. You can connect any compatible device with Typhoon Labs while traveling near or far. If you want to watch live channels/VODs from Typhoon at a friend's or family member's house, you can do that as well without getting locked out of the TV Player app/apk. I suggest having at least 60 Mpbs Internet connection (download) speed or even better 100Mbps or more. You want the best streaming performance you can get especially if connecting more than one streaming device at the same time. Typhoon allows you to connect up to 5 compatible streaming devices at one time. When most people are online using the same ISP (Internet Service Provider) you are using may cause buffering so you may need more Internet connection speed. You have to test. What you save on cable or satellite TV when canceling should be invested in your high-speed Internet Connection. I use Comcast (Internet & Phone only) and pay around $154 per month for around 600 Mbsp. This doesn't mean I get that amount of speed for each streaming device, not even close. It's always best to use a hard wire connection (Ethernet cable) in-house rather than to use WiFi. But use what you have nevertheless. No major buffering was detected yet from Typhoon. But I'm sure there are some channels that will cause buffering temporarily or consistently especially when watching a sporting event stream. This is typical to all IPTV services but it doesn't happen most of the time when watching all kinds of live sports. Again, no IPTV service is perfect but you do want to find one with little to no buffering. Sometimes IPTVs with a high amount of channels from 40+ countries will cause more buffering. Something to note is buffering issues generally comes from the user's end. If you experience consistent buffering on your streaming device from random channels you are watching, I suggest you go to YouTube and search for... IPTV Buffering. You need to clean up your streaming device and take a closer look at your Internet connection to eliminate or reduce buffering. Even if you are just getting buffering on certain channels, check out YouTube. Try another IPTV service using the same streaming device or use a different compatible device with the same IPTV service you're using now to see if you still get consistent buffering. Something to note: In December 2022, Typhoon Labs experienced a serious technical issue whereby they had to close down their website. I contacted them during that time and they told me about it. They've launched a new Typhoon Labs website with a different URL. You won't find them by searching the web or using the old URL. I found a review with pros and cons on them, and they tell you where to find the new Typhoon Labs website. You can search Google for... Typhoon Labs TV Review 2023 The review comes from InternetTvDotCom and they cover everything including the video tutorials they have also. They even show you inside the TV Player and play the streaming content for you to see firsthand.

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for the appreciation and support. Yes the website address was changed. Everything else remains the same. We keep on working and thrive to provide our users the best ever streaming experience. Also thanking you for Troubleshoot suggestions, a number of people never like to trust stream providers due to the mischief nature of the other illegitimate businesses. By focusing on the Brand value points and Customer Care pattern they should be able to distinguish a legit service from the others. Best wishes!

Cut Verizon and saved around $170 per month so the cost of the 2 android boxes plus typhoon annual $70 was paid for in the first month. The service is definitely not as reliable as V, it freezes and spins at least once per day. The customer service is fast but always gives the same reply..all is good, unplug, try later blah blah blah. That said, the channel selection is great, pic quality is great, channel organization is great, I recently watched UFC ppv free. So, the tradeoff of less reliability vs saving $170 per mo is well worth it. I also subscribed to Legazy as a backup when this is down. Legazy definitely not as good but ok as a backup plan. I’d give a 5 rating if more consistent. FOR ME IT’S A NO BRAINER - I RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS ALL THE TIME.

Dear Antknee, We appreciate your kind words very much and thank you for the amazing review. Sadly, I have to disagree on the Comparison you made with a specific brand name "Verizon" we are not competitors with them and neither we look for grabbing their customers. They are a huge company and have the largest network. On the contrary we are a small business with a goal to save money of a small group of people on the entertainment base. We are simply trying to get the best pay per view events available and keep on a reasonable pricing. I really do not mean to offend you. Best Regards!
