The chat with customer service is great. The app is great. The service is great. Some buffering on local channels with football games I’ve noticed but other than that it’s definitely one of the best iota services I’ve tried.

The Typhoon service has been getting better and better for the last 2 moths, Almost no buffering or disconnects and in the event that a channel is not working they fix it right away. The customer service is 5 star even for me who asks allot and lots of questions.

Just talked with Rick on chat and he was very helpful and responsive, quickly giving answers and suggestions to my questions. It's been that way every time I make contact with them no matter who it is I chat with.

OMG!!!!!!!! I just cancelled my $110 a month cable package and I feel like I just broke up with a toxic ex boyfriend. THANK YOU! I'm one week in and so unbelievably happy. What a dream! So user friendly, love the guide, love that you can favourite your channels, love the icon pictures for each channel. I'm Canadian but love that I can watch Orlando news. Thank you again.

I made my renewal payment under the wrong email address and Rick was very helpful in getting the payment to the right account. He was patient and gave us great instructions. Thanks!
