No doubt, best service I've ever had. Customer service always ready to assist.

2 stars because of the price and partial functionality. Support although prompt is virtually useless. Everything in the decision tree winds up at a “restart your router”. Multiple random errors during the viewing experience all with different numbers and messages. While watching one show, it will automatically switch over to something else. Their software has never been tested by a competent QA/QE. The UI is clunky and navigation ‘back’ might actually take you to the previous screen or more often than not, you’ll get a different category. The epg is painfully slow causing navigation nightmare when changing between channels. The implementation of the ‘search’ capability, although documented well, is flaky and could be done more thoughtfully.
