They got me the right radio by recommending to change to another radio than the one I had picked and they programmed the right frequencies before shipping it to me. The hand written note in he box I got in the mail had the name and phone number to call if I had any issues to fix or discuss. The radio worked the first time in my work environment on the right frequency with good sound. The charging base and the radio clip and the D ear piece worked good the first time. All is well.

Working with Rhonda Morris was an excellent experience. She was able to answer my questions and made an inquiry for me with a quick turn around for a response. I need to know if I still had a warranty on a product and she found the answer quickly. Additionally, she helped me to find a solution and to purchase the items I needed. Her service was TOP KNOCH! Thank you for hiring people like Rhonda Morris!

order was correct but took 10 days to deliver. Paid for quicker service. Will take that in account if order from here again.

We are sorry for the delay in receiving the item. It was shipped via the Postal Service and took a journey to get there. I researched the order and show there were no shipping charges to refund. We will email you a coupon code for a 10% discount to give us another shot.
