Ordered a radio but didn't expect it to take almost a month to arrive. After waiting for a week I was told that they didn't expected the order to be fulfilled before another couple weeks.

Excellent customer service! The radio I ordered was on backorder from the factory they went out of their way to make a substitution for me and get it to me in time for an event I needed it for. It's good to see there's still companies out there that are willing to take care of their customers.

Ordered Motorola Headsets, shipped extremely quickly and are as described. Realized after I received the headsets that I needed additional accessories and a multi charging tray.
