Two Way Radio CenterReviews of twowayradiocenter.com

I was a first time buyer looking for OEM speaker microphones. Because of all the shortages in the supply chain, I inquired about their inventory before placing an order. They immediately responded which allowed a quick internet order submission. This group had the inventory available at a price that was very competitive. A short time later, on that same day, I received a notice the mics were shipped. They arrived quickly and well packaged. I will not hesitate to use them again for future needs.

Great communication from them. Great price and fast delivery. I have been back multiple times for VHF radios and they never dissapoint.

Awesome spot to shop

I appreciate getting my order shipped out in a timely manner this time. The first time I ordered from here it took a week to fulfill my order. I'm not sure if my order got "lost" but I wanted to give them another chance. They made their adjustment and got my order out immediately. Thank you.

Bad battery life and hit or miss if you can hear on the other end.

I ordered $670 worth of 2 way radios on 1/29, my credit card was charged on 1/29 with ship date on or before 2/13. I still have not received shipment, I have called, left messages, emailed and left messages on website at least 6 occasions and haven't heard back from anyone. I am going to turn this in to fraud department with my credit card if I do not hear from the company in 24 hours.

my order is not here yet called and the company stepped up and shipped an alternate radio

My experience ordering and receiving 6 lithium-ion batteries was great. I appreciate the discount you gave our church. My only comment is that I would have liked to have been notified that these batteries were not in stock and I would have to wait a couple of weeks to get them. This was fine, but after waiting a week and not hearing anything I was getting a little worried as this was the first time I ordered from your company. But all is good and I would certainly order from you again. Thank you!
