Before I use this company I did some research. I saw something on the Better Business Bureau that made me a little bit apprehensive but at the same time the amount that they were offering still was substantially higher than anyone else. I went ahead for my first package and I sent something small just to see and I made sure that it had a little bit of damage to it just to see what would happen. They did not just keep my product. They still paid me they just took a small amount off due to the damage and gave me some tips and tricks on how to package my products a little bit safer so that I don't have to worry about it happening again in the future. That is how honest they are. It is incredibly rare to find even an honest Jeweler or doctor nowadays let alone a company like this. It really warmed me up to them and I have been selling to them for a couple of years now without any issue. If anyone was to ask me for a company I would give them this company because honestly they have great communication they have extremely fast customer service response and they pay you the same day they receive the package most of the time. There was only once I had to wait till the next day for the deposit. It's fantastic and super easy.
