TWO MOMS BUY DIABETIC SUPPLIES ARE BAIT AND HOOK..STAY AWAY
Response 12/30/22 "Stay away from this company"This company quoted me 75.00 for 5 boxes of strips...plus a 10.00 bonus for new customer..I sent strips..and they were supposed to cash app me the money..I get a payment of 55.00 no explanation..so I called and she said 2 boxes had tiny crease so she took off 5.00 per box...she doesn't do math well..because she took off 10.00 per box and even sent me an email..about how fair she was taking 5.00 off per box..when it was really 10...she got 2 boxes for 5.00 each. No bonus..and no more correspondence.
I would never reccomend her company...she is a bait and switch con artist..I even asked her to send the 2 boxes back I would pay for shipping she said we dont do that. Very dissapointed with this transaction left a bad taste...never heard from her again. My original post.-There was a slight crease on bottom they call that damage..thats the way they come to me from pharmacy. They try to get money off..I wouldn't deal with them..the amount they say is not the amount you get. PLUS THIER MATH SKILLS ARE QUESTIONABLE..75.00 -5 -5..= 55.00? NOT TO GOOD AT MATH...STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM...THEY LURE YOU IN..THEN PLAY THIER GAMES. NO BUENO 2 MOMS

I sent 2 separate shipments, first transaction went smoothly.
2nd one they claimed damaged
I sent O5 boxes in immaculate condition wrapped in balloon wrap so nothing could possibly happen during shipping. They show pics but at odd angles so you can’t see damage on your actual box. Looks like they ripped the side of a box (probably not mine) and took picture. There is no way that could have happened! They gave me NOTHING for it. Last time I sent items in they did the same thing. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. This is obviously a pattern of how they operate their business. I heard of these businesses doing this. Shame on you!!!
I’d give to a diabetic in need before someone makes a profit in a shady way.
Beware people!! I was duped twice

Kristen,
You have done business with us five times. Three out of the five times your orders were perfect. The second order you sent us had large tears in the paper on the Test Strip boxes. We could not purchase those, as notated on our website. Ripped up boxes do not constitute mint boxes and we cannot purchase them. You mentioned that you were “giving us the benefit of the doubt“, but actually, you sent us damaged product. The order where you sent the Omnipod we couldn’t buy, the box was ripped from the top of the edge almost to the bottom. The weird angle you mentioned of the photograph was so that you could see the damage. As for the allegation that we deliberately damaged your items, thats not true and it’s ludicrous. Why would we purposely damage anything so we lose money? We paid for you to ship it to us, we paid our staff to process your supplies and then you think we would purposely damage them so we don’t have to buy them? There is no logic in this argument. We have no incentive to purposely damage products because all we can do then is donate them or discard them since they are worthless for resale. It's a lose lose situation, no one wins when we receive damaged supplies, whether they were damaged originally or were damaged in transit. Shame on you for an unfounded accusation and trying to hurt our business.

Would NOT recommend them
Would NOT recommend them. I have done business with them once before no problem. This time I did business they tried to not pay for the 3 boxes I sent but only 2 saying one was torn. I have pic of boxes prior to sending no rips in boxes. I sealed in two bags then put in a box so didn’t happen during shipping either. As far as I am concerned they ripped it so they wouldn’t have to pay but get a free box of pods. Karma will comeback on them for their dishonesty.

Twomomsbuyteststrips.com is a…
Twomomsbuyteststrips.com is a fraudulent organization the consumer needs to be made aware of. I shipped diabetic supplies I can no longer use to them for payment. Upon arrival the shipping container was undamaged per their photos. However, upon unpacking the box they damaged the merchandise. They accused me of sending them ripped boxes. They kept 20 pods and sold them at my expense and profited off of me without paying me the contract allowance. I sent them my photos and their excuse was I did not pack them well enough. A complete fabrication. The owner wanted to argue with me for 30 minutes via text. Try calling and her voicemail is full….that is your first red flag of hundreds of complaints flooding their organization. I offered to pay for the return postage and she refused…kept arguing for 30 minutes that it was cost prohibitive for her. Yes, paying me what Im owed and then selling them at their cost is cost prohibitive because she had to pay me, not stiff me and sell them. I offered to pay for postage and send her 20 newly packaged pods. She again refused and wanted to argue for 30 minutes. The time she spent arguing and acting like an unprofessional business owner she could have packaged and mailed them back. These 2 moms are 2 devils! Why would someone send them torn boxes knowing they would not get paid to begin with??? They are in complete desperation for merchandise and will fabricate receipt of your shipment, so they do not need to pay you. They throw out there the overwhelmingly satsifed customers but try leaving a negative complaint and it’s deleted. It’s all a big scam by these 2 ladies who likely are not ladies at all. You can file a complaint on their website. Please contact the San Diego Attorney General and the California State Attorney General with your complaints. They are waiting to hear from you to build their case against twomomsbuyteststripts.com. Let’s build a class action against them!!!

Ron,
You’ve been doing business with us since September 2020. We’ve had 22 successful transactions except for this last one, where we received two [not 20] Omnipod Dash 10 packs that were ripped. We are very careful opening shipments and only report what we find upon opening the shipping containers. It’s true that we do not return product, and it’s not dependent upon the customer sending us postage. We don’t have the staff to box, pack up, and return the enormous amount of items that customers send us in error. We would have to hire an entire new staff just for returns. This is why we are very clear on our website, and also when you place your order, that we do not return the product that we receive that is incorrect, or damaged. Customers must agree to these terms and conditions before they even place their order with us. You understood these terms and conditions as well. Any unpurchasabe items that are still usable are kindly donated to local charities. We do not make a profit when our customers send us items that we cannot purchase. Additionally, we want our customers to be happy, so if there’s anyway we can pay them for their items, we do. We’re disappointed that our business relationship turned sour, but we wish you the best in the future.

Never Deal with them
Their mailing package took 3 weeks to arrive at their premises and then they said 2 of the boxes sent were not in good condition though I checked all the boxes and they were good. Then they refused to charge me anything for these 2 boxes and refused to send them back... It's a shame to deal with them

It's truly disheartening to see these types of reviews from someone that hides their name and emails address and won't provide their quote number so we can help to see what the issue was and do our best to resolve it. We try hard every day to insure our sellers have a great experience (and 99% of them do as evidenced by the reviews here and we're very grateful for) and then have someone hide their information, unwilling to share. We don't actually know if this is an actual experience or not, even TrustPilot now will not share that information with us the business so we can investigate further. (Shame on TrustPilot!) All we can do is try our best to help our sellers and wish whoever this is all the best.

Cold and callous
2 moms get 2 big thumbs down. Long story short, I made an error and the box of OmniPod’s I sent to be sold ($100) had only 9 instead of 10. I’m not sure how this happened but I owned up when they sent me a picture of only 9 in the box. They sent an email saying they are not paying me or sending back my pods. (Side note: I never accused or questioned them why there was only 9 pods in a brand new box, when I’m pretty positive I sent with 10 inside. But that’s not really the issue here) I called to see what kind of options were available to remedy my mistake. NONE. Out of luck. Better luck next time. I was told they will not send the OmniPod’s back (I even offered to pay for shipping) and they would not accept a 10th pod to complete the order. They “don’t have time to mail it”. It was like talking to a brick wall. Everything I said bounced back to the fact I checked “terms and conditions” upon checkout. Not sure how many people read all terms and conditions but again that’s not the issue here. The lady I spoke with was very condescending and shamed me for making such a mistake… therefore as my punishment they will not be sending back my pods. After 5+ minutes and getting nowhere the lady told me we were at an impasse, but I think that was her mindset the second she answered the phone. They do not care if the people they do business with are satisfied. I wouldn’t so much call this a business. In 2022, businesses want to make sure all parties and consumers are happy with their interactions so they continue purchasing or working with them. I feel my request isn’t completely far fetched and it would be fair given the circumstance here. Keeping supplies because of a mistake is very cold and callous. I want the option to complete the order so I receive payment or for them to return my pods (by whatever means necessary). I presume most people selling diabetes supplies are Diabetics or their family Member is one. I feel taken advantage of, especially when we’re talking about a serious, chronic disease. I went back through their website…and it read that the “2 moms” are doing this to support their family. So I guess I shouldn’t be surprised they are using Diabetes as a front as they work as a go-between making money. But what they did is steal my insulin pump supplies and the other problem is that when talking with one of their representatives, she saw no issue because there was a disclaimer. I am anticipating a snarky response to this review like I see on all the others. Say what you want, but you can’t justify doing business this way in 2022.

This was a real shame that Kevin felt it necessary to post this. We received Kevin's box with 1 box of the Omnipod 10 pack (not sure why this posted as Christina?) and there was 1 pod missing inside (there were only 9 instead of 10). We shared with him that pharmacies sometimes 'steal' a pod here are there (we have seen this many times) and that it's important to double check and call them out on this if they do it to you. Obviously we can't buy a box that has missing pods but Kevin wasn't interested in knowing that, he just wanted us to pay him regardless.
The person he spoke with was the owner and he said she was condescending and rude. The truth is he was speaking aggressively and as if it our fault that we would not pay him in full for a box of supplies that were missing a pod and worthless for resale. That we should be generous enough to make an exception because he didn't know and we were being inconsiderate for not helping him out. She spoke to him kindly and matter of fact, sharing the facts of the issue, but he wasn't interested.
He then made demeaning remarks about us being a business and not helping others, but the fact is we are a business and help others every day! We are actually a business, not a non profit that can lose money. We also have policies we post everywhere that asks our sellers to double check their supplies before shipping them so they can have a great experience with us. We want our sellers to have an exceptional experience each time they sell supplies with us and 99% of them do as evidenced by the nearly 2,700 4.9 star reviews our sellers have left us and we're very grateful for!
And also, not mentioned at all, his box of Ominpods did not meet the minimum required 6 mo exp date as listed on our website (his box expires 12/22 which is only 5 months out). So regardless of his box missing 1 pod, the box didn't even meet the required min exp date and he submitted it as being 12+ month exp, which it was clearly not. When you submit your supplies on our website, you have to select which of the 3 exp dates that are available (and choices) your box falls into and he consciously and knowingly selected it as 12+ months which it clearly was not, completely disregarding the actual exp date.
And still, after both of those issues, he was adamant that we pay him in full for supplies that don't even come close to our requirements as clearly listed on the website and he completely disregarded and left this unfortunate feedback. We wish Kevin all the best!

Could not give zero stars so one star…
Could not give zero stars so one star had to do. They took my 2 boxes of 100 strips each. Then they claimed the expiration date wasn't legible which is a LIE!!! When I mailed them I could read the dates just fine. They won't return my property or pay me for what they received. Crooks, plain and simple. Run in the other direction from this company as fast as possible.
